Siopao and Other Dimsum
A livelihood program was held by the Cooperative at Bgy. Katuparan, Taguig City last June 14, 2019. Participants were taught by Ms. Roxanne B. Arcilla of Negoskwela on how to make different Dim Sum, a style of Chinese cuisine prepared in small bite sized portions such as siomai, beef balls, siopao and the like.
